  : Clean, friendly staff. The breakfast was very good, loved the food options. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion that are in the rooms are amazing! I actually went on Amazon and ordered the shampoo and conditioner for home! The laundry area was also super nice, when you scan the QR code to pay for the washer and dryer, it actually opens a status page where you can see how much longer your load has.
  : Only ice machines were in the refrigerator and pretty slow. We were there for a ball tournament, and they did not make enough ice to be able to fill coolers. Air conditioning units in rooms need upgrades, as they couldn’t keep up with the heat advisory and maintenance had to come in when the room was 79! Elevators are slow but we just used the stairs a lot.
