  : Arrived after traveling and a fun day at Legoland. We booked this hotel months in advance and it was a number 1 choice due to it having a pool. Upon my arrival I walked in to a main lobby with no staff at the front desk. There was a bell to ring and a phone number to call for assistance. I waited just a few moments whileLooking around at furniture that was ripped dirty and nothing I would even sit on. Finally after 5 mins I rang the bell and waited yet again. Still no one in sight, I called the number and as the phone was ringing a gentleman came in and apologized for being on his lunch break (4:30 in the afternoon). He continued putting away his belongings and walked over to the main “breakfast” area to store his food in a warmer. As I watched there were left over breakfast items cinnamon rolls and other pastries in a display not looking fresh and everything was dirty and not wiped down. Finally he came and sat at the front counter and asked how he could help me. I informed him of who I was and that I was here to check in I mentioned my kids were ready to swim after their long hot day outside, his response was “oh no the pool is closed because it rained yesterday”. I actuallyLaughed out loud since I grew up with a pool my entire life, and never once have I ever heard anyone say they needed to close their pool the day after it rained because there was too much algae and bacteria. After looking at the pool, I realized they hadn’t even opened it for the season so he had just basically made up an excuse as to why it wasn’t open. I explained to him the reason we booked was because there was a pool for my children to use. He told me that I could call another hotel down the street which I did and it would’ve been twice almost 3 times the price for booking such late notice over the weekend.

  : It was the most disgusting hotel that we've ever stated in. That was the best thing I could say about the hotel.
  : The comforter on the bed on the bed had fetal matter on it. We slowly open the sheets and the top sheet and the bottom sheet had more. We talked to everyone there but they didn't have any clean sheets anywhere. They brought us used dirty sheets...
