  : The hospitality, the tv, the staff. I reserved 4 nights and on my second day there I was asked to pay for the full balance but my check had a delay on it so I let the staff know it’d be going through later that afternoon and I wasn’t treated with such disrespect and like I was a thief trying to steal their money and was told to leave and that they were going to call the cops on me. I was also told I couldn’t go back in my room til I paid and they were gonna keep all my stuff. All because of a delay on my check even though the authorization went through. I was told I was banned from there. I’ve never been treated so low and I had to book another room at four points by the Marriott but they treated me completely different and made me feel welcomed and catered to my every need. I will never stay at the Hampton again with that type of hospitality and treatment.
