  : This room was disgusting! Room was full of mold. Mold on the sheets. Floors were black. Didnt bother with the owner as he was busy with his screaming children. DO NOT STAY HERE. The black hair all over the floor probably isnt yours. I put the 3 towels on the floor to wipe my feet before getting in bed. If I wasnt traveling and on a time crunch, I would have left. This place is so gross. DONT DO IT!! Amex will be refunding me.

  : The value! We were looking for something affordable for parents weekend in Tallahassee. This was 20 minutes from campus and easy Uber ride back and forth since there was no parking allowed anywhere in Tally. We paid $210 for the weekend while other hotels were charging between 600 and 1000 a night. The flooring was vinyl plank, and you could tell they had somewhat tried to update it, and it was sufficiently clean.
  : The sheets and towels had seen better days. They were somewhat dingy and gray and had tears in them so if we stay again, we would bring our own. And definitely bring your own pillows! These are tiny little hard lumpy pillows. Maybe they were 16 x 16? Four of them easily fit across the top of the king bed

  : The Staff was very nice and professional.
  : Sheets were cleaned(smelt clean) but stained on top looked like old stains that werent able to be wash out. A dead roach stuck on the bathroom wall above the door.

  : The location was 8.8 miles from the FSU campus, which took about 20 minutes to commute to. Truck stop and Dennys across the street. Love that you can bring large dogs for only a $20 per night fee, and there is ample green space to walk your dog. The room, microwave and fridge were VERY clean and there were no bugs in the room.
  : The bedding could have been cleaner. Had a few stains on the white sheets (gross).
