  : Affordable. Amazing reception, there was always somebody there and they were always trying their best to help you, they were also very kind and welcoming
  : The elevator is sooo small, max 1 person with a luggage. If you are physically large, you might have some difficulty using the elevator, the hotel is on 4th floor, also my window was on the main street in which there is 1 bar and a tram line. Tram works form 7 till 23, also in the weekend, there are people till later

  : Comfortable bed. Pleasant kind staff.
  : Disaster to find. The coordinates did not leave you outside the hotel. More info needs to be given on funding this puzzle of a place. It was in the 4th floor and the elevator never worked. No offer if a complimentary tea/coffee in the morning. I would not go back.

  : Bed was clean but overall the place has a funny smell and the walls are all dirty. There was mold on the walls and on the toilets

  : Allocated a room with a shower it was small that's not the problem the whole shower from shower door inside n outside , the shower taps,tiles, walls where covered in mould and stuff I know it's a one star hotel but wow it was filthy dirty I mean mould on taps and shower head come on hotel Eva management a bottle of bleach and mould spray will not bankrupt you guys do you even inspect your rooms and supervise your staff , cause the cleaning is not good at all The bed was single and double semi comfortable but once you lay on it u get beaten and start to itchy never saw bed bugs but there's something else that bits and causes skin to itchy Room looked tired a lick of paint would help was shocked that s hotel.like hotel Eva wld be advertised on Booking.com such a popular website and the hotel uses deceptive pictures to advertise their rooms I never knew I would find such a hotel in Milano Italy was shocked it's filthy n nssty
