  : I did not like any aspects of the hotel.There was no elevator on-site.The luggage was carried up and down the stairs.It was a very disappointing experience!

  : Location was great and the staff were helpful.
  : No water or tea / coffee making facilities in the room. This was particularly needed as there was nowhere at the hotel to get a drink or food.I paid a lot more for my 7 night stay (too expensive) than my friend, who was in a position to book earlier than me.

  : Only the location is conveninet as it is a walking distance to the duomo and tourist attrcations
  : It was nithinf short of a horrible night. If you choose it for value for money, it was dedinitely not worth than 10 euros and you would be bettwr off staying at a hostel. a hideously small room, the size of a box, without proper ventilation and having water leakage and a bad smell. To add insult to injusry, the hotel staff composed of two old italian men who barely spoke any english were horribley rude to the extent of shouting at me italian and refusing to let my friend visit me in my room for an hour despite clear assurance that my freind was local and was not planning on staying in the room overnight. I felt like iwas ripped off my money for the night and i would have rather stayed somewhere else
