  : Very convenient location, and starting at 13h the staff willing to facilitate check in 1 hour before usual time.
  : You may have a bit of a wait for the bathroom, one for 4 rooms, and the decor is definitely not a selling point, nor are the hours the reception is functional

  : It was very near to centrale and metro station. So it is a good start to go everywhere. The contact was helpful because we made late check in. Someone waited for us.
  : The room was terrible. You shoud not go there until they dont change the bed and the furniture. I think a new bed will cost 3-400 euros. They must invest in the room at least a little bit to reach the level to book this room.

  : Very good location for a very good price. I booked early so I got it for less than 1/2 the price of comparable places. Metro station is right in front and the central station is 10 minutes away
  : The room didnt have air conditioning so it was warm inside. We opened the windows but since the location is busy, it was very noisy at night, a lot of car honks and sirens

  : Excellet location, metro station down the stayTrain station is near , duomo and all stuff are by metro The room is clean confortable bed, additional blanket , bathroom is clear hot water is always available I loved the place
  : The other visitors were very loud and noisy i couldnt sleep they dont respect the instructions i wouls love if the staff advise them ! Or insist on respecting the rules

  : Not much. Only good thing was it was close to the Metro for us.
  : On arrival, there was only one receptionist. We had to wait for her to come back as she had to walk other clients to their apartments. The place was old, not well stocked. We only had one towel. The tall dressers in the room were unstable it was tipping as we opened the door.The location was very noisy. We didn't sleep well for the 2 days we were there.The door handle of the room was flimsy. We had a difficult time getting the door to unlock.The bed was 2 twin beds together with a large gap in the middle, and the beds were very uncomfortable as the mattress was in poor condition, lumpy, and tilted to one side. My friend has osteoarthritis and was in pain the next day. As for myself, the room and bed linens did not feel clean. After I had checked out within the 2nd day, I broke out in bed bugs with welts all over my body. The blankets they provided and extra pillow were very old and did not look clean. I rent a lot of accommodations through airbnb and booking and always found great stsy. However, this one was not representative of the pictures and description. We were not happy. Felt more like a hostel. Shared washroom and very tiny shower with extra large curtain that stuck to you while you showered. There were three rooms but only 2 plates and 2 coffee cups provided for hot drinks.
