  : The apartment is tiny but well-positioned, in a top floor of a house in a quite street but very close to a busy and attractive area of Navigli. There is also a supermarket nearby that closes at 11PM, so shopping for wahetever we needed was always possible. We enjoyed out stay. The look from the elevator platform to the courtyard was breathtaking (nothing for those afraid of heights, though). The WiFi was stable and fast.
  : There was no toilet paper and soap in the apartment (other bathroom and kitchen consumables were provided). The materials in the apartment indicated that the luggage can be deposited in the Italianway office nearby but that office was closed (an upleasant surprise of our departure day). The instructions for check-in were also a bit unclear (Booking.com referred to this closed office, emails from Italianway indicated other options to pick-up the keys). Once we sorted these things, all went smooth, though.

  : there was no pillow in the room they used the pillow of couch as a pillow which was not okay. the bed is not comfortable. you need to get your keys from Centrale which is not close to the apartment.

  : Good location by the canal area. A nice bar/ cafe on the street corner for breakfast. Close to a metro station for accessing the city centre. The studio was compact but had everything you could need for the stay, having laundry facilities was helpful. The staff were helpful.
  : While the whole room seemed very clean, we did find a couple of odd socks which suggested that the attention to detail was not 100%. Also the bed, as a pull out sofa bed was not the most comfortable and needed an extra pillow. It would have been helpful to have a guide to working the TV as there were 3 remotes and despite trying we could not get it to work.

  : organization with check is terrible, apartment was in dust, dirty blanket without sheets, pillow was very uncomfortable, uncomfortable small coach (not a bed).

  : the room was dirty soon as I walked in and the amount of rules and penalties regarding the rules was absurd. the cleaning team joined us in our room after we arrived and we sat there waiting for him to finish before we could leave. this is unacceptable service and the staff where the keys were picked up were cold and unpleasant.
