  : he apartment is located on the 1st floor, the windows overlook only the courtyard, not the street, straight to the large garbage can, 3 meters from the window. soap, shampoo, dishwasher bars - none, There were two kettles and one had bones from an old roast chicken. in the apartment in the kitchen there are 4 trash cans - in one there was an old smelly liquid, we wanted to vomit. my wife bought dishwasher tablets and washed all the dishes, glasses and more. We have never been in such a dirty apartment and we travel a lot. nice location we do not recommend, we will never return

  : Nice size apartment with good facilities and equipped for a long stay. Location was good with an easy 15 minutes walk to Piazza del Duomo. Well ventilated and air conditioned apartment, quiet if little noise considered it was located on the busy Corso Magenta.
  : Apartment was not ready or clean at stated time of check in of 3pm. Even though on three occasions the reception office was advised of a possible early arrival at the point of reservation, once arrived at the airport via a telephone call. Was advised the apartment would not be ready until 3pm upon physical check in at the reception office. I was advised I could go to the apartment whilst it was being cleaned prior to the official check in time of 3pm. At the stated time the apartment had not been cleaned and the task of attempting to contact the reception desk and customer service number too six attempts before someone actually acknowledged my calls. Forty minutes later after my first attempt at contact. Customer service hotline is poorly managed and initial contact had gone to a staff member who could not care less and hung up my call. Upon finally contacting another customers service agent no information was past on by the first CSA who took the intimate call. The apartment cleaning finally commence way past 4:30pm. Requesting extra pillows and missing items. Eg dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent went to deaf ears of the cleaner or answered with a definite NO!The duvet was blood stained and should have been removed but this took over 48 hours to do so. Toilet roll tissue was only limited to one roll for the entire stay of three days. Extra supplies took 48 hours to be delivered after CSA was contacted. Be aware that the reception desk is locate at a different location from the apartment. Consideration to extra cost of a taxi or Uber ride can add up to 20 depending on traffic conditions to reach the apartment from the reception office. Also noting the reception office staff are not what I would consider professional hospitality trained personnel with a very indifferent attitude to customers arriving as I had experienced and also witness with other customers arriving after I had completed the formalities of checking in.
