  : Location is good. And the 2 split type aircon.
  : We called the reception at 1pm , we are arriving at 2-3pm. 3pm is the normal check in, we arrived at italiangateway at 4:00pm to get the keys, but the problem is when we arrived at the APARTMENT THERE IS one guy still CLEANING THE ROOM, at 4:30PM, my husband help him to prepare the bed and change the bed sheet to be finished , BUT THE WORST IS HE DIDNT CLEAN THE ROOM VERY WELL HE CHANGE ONLY THE BED SHEETT WITH THE HELP OF MY HUSBAND , NO EXTRA COVER FOR PILLOWS ALSO. YOU WILL NEED TO DEPOSIT 200 TO THEM BUT FOR ME ITS NOT TOTALLY WORTH IT TO DEPOSIT 200 when the SERVICE IS like a TRASH. WE PAY ALSO CLEANING FEE BUT THEY DIDNT CLEAN IT. WE SAW THE CLEANING BOY THERE IS NO SOMETHING PRODUCts for CLEANING . EVEN TO MAP THE FLOOR AND CLEAN THE STOVE AND TO CLEAN THE DUST HE DIDNT DO IT ONLY THE BED WITH HELP OF MY HUSBAND, BETTER TO GET A HOTEL THAN APARTMENT.
