  : size of the apartment, well furnished, good zone
  : acoustic (you could listen what the neighbors were doing) and the pick up key in the opposite side of the apartment location

  : For this price perfect. Location is not the best but a huge plus is that the apartment is on a well-guarded property. A little walk from tram 2 and metro 2, both of them heading to the centre of town and arrive there in 15 minutes or so.
  : The cleanliness could be better, little bugs were found there but we didnt use any kitchenware so for us it wasnt a big deal there were no bedbugs or whatsoever. The shower was a bit of a struggle because of warm water and the toilet had a stinky smell (this problem occurred just after 3-4 days) maybe the vents were dirty.If you are looking for a place on budget this could be a great option but for longer stays I would not recommend it. It has a washing machine, dishwasher and a very nice looking gas-oven, but you will get a cockroach as a dessert to your meal.
