  : Even though the check in is stated in the description as 15:00 until 22:00, the owner failed in the description to mention anything about any extra charges for check in and late check in (!) fees for any check in outside of this timeframe. Upon informing them about our arrival time (around 1-2am), she gave us 2 options: to pay 105 euros for transfer from the airport to the apartment, plus extra check in fee 25euros, plus extra late (!) check in fee 10euros so that someone could give us the keys, OR meet her at 9am the next morning in the city centre, where she would give us the keys, even though we had already paid for the night. Any extra charges and policies should have been CLEARLY stated BEFORE the booking and not be disclosed only AFTER the customer had booked and had paid for the booking. This was a very unpleasant welcome by the owner.

  : Location is amazing. 8min walk away El Duomo. Agency was good. Washing machine available, good sized fridge available.
  : The bed is not the most comfortable. The shower is a tub with no curtains. The snap Aircon is too small to keep the room cool during warm summers. The address (flat number) given by the agency was wrong. It took us 30 min to find out. The phone hotline was not working but messaging through the booking app was fast. Quality not as good as expected for the price (236 euros for 2 nights), still not expensive though.
