  : Comfortable and clean 25 minutes from the Navigli canal restaurants and center
  : Very difficult to checkin. Keys had to be collected at the central station which out of our way. We paid and for a night that we couldnt use because the property wouldnt check us in at 2am as we had a late flight, though in the fine print it said this was possible for an additional 50euro. So we had to pay for an additional property for that night. No elevator to the property which is on the second floor

  : A very nice attic, clean, with a great deal of care for details and excelent facilities.
  : Check in was a nightmare: I got to speak with different people, sign all sort of paperwork, contracts. None of them gave any details about the apartment, floor, number, building(as there were several buildings at the same address. The guy who was supposed to deliver the keys to the property was waiting inside the apartment as if we knew where it was, and worst of all he wanted a copy of my credit card(via Whatsapp) just to make sure it was the right one!! Never happened before ! The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes! A light welcome pack(some tee and coffee capsules) would have been nice! Obviously the owner did her best to provide a nice, cozy, clean and well equipped apartment, poorly managed by Italianway.
