  : -Good localization-Recently renovated at least looks like one
  : - House is too dark. Shutters should be changed or improved, as there is not much light that can get through them. What is more, the burglar can easily get in, as windows are rather in a bad condition.-paper thin walls - when some students were partying, the noise was so terrible, that the first night we couldn't sleep until 3:30-4:00 am(!).-the sink in the bathroom was clogged and the water was flowing very slowly. I wrote to the property managers, mentioning that this is not a big problem, maybe because of that the message was ignored, it would be nice to propose any solution... or at least say sorry that you didn't check that. It is surprising that someone from cleaning services didn't informed anyone about such problem.-There was no any tea or coffee in the house, it would be nice to have such things in a property.-Additional instructions should be added somewhere with information how to turn on air conditioning, dishwasher etc. All mentioned were a little tricky.-Property managers has (or rather had) few offices in Milan. I received too many confusing automatic replies after the booking was done, where I can go for the keys. At the end I went to the wrong office for the keys which took us about 1h to get to the proper one.More or less, some things should be improved.

  : Perfect location, clean and modern apartment, very friendly and helpful staff.
  : The airconditioning could only be set on a specific timer and turned off by itself every 1.5 hours, so getting up that often during the night to turn it on again was very annoying.

  : Electricity was unstable. One morning there was short circuit and need to find the fuse box downstairs to fix it.

  : Shower tray was dirty, lack of coffee, tea, sugar, very dark rooms. There is also no information on booking that 200 euro deposit is needed to pay. Only information about city tax.

  : The location is fantastic, located just 5 minutes walk from Porta Genova metro station and in a lively part of Milan, with lots of bars and restaurants, as well as the canals which are great for an evening walk. The interior of the apartment is spacious, with high ceilings, and there are plenty of facilities provided, such as a fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, washing machine etc.
  : Although we were told which keys to use to access the building and apartment doors, we were given a keyring with around 10+ keys, all of which looked very similar, which meant that it was quite difficult to remember exactly which ones to use for each door. Perhaps a colour coding system or a number system on the keys would make it more simple for guests to remember? We were also told that our apartment would take an extra hour to be ready, which wasn't an issue, however when we arrived three hours later at 18:00, the apartment hadn't properly been cleaned, with dirty towels, unmade beds and full bins. While this was sorted very quickly after contacting the property on booking.com, it wasn't a great first impression to what, thankfully, ended up being an enjoyable stay.

  : Secure, very good location and accessible to tram and metro nearby. Navigli neighbourhood is filled with a lot of options to eat and have fun. The apartment was very silent besides the bohemian location. Reasonable price.
  : The apartment was not very well maintained, thermostat was not working properly (it was cold and we did not able to warm the room), the drain in the shower was clogged, some other small things broken or missing. Also, the cleaning of the room was not very good.
