  : Location was ideal
  : Communication with property manager was impossible. We managed to get in the room by chance when the cleaners were there. No answered communication with manager throughout the stay.

  : location was great and central as we could walk to attractions and there are two nice bistros on either side. decorated nicely. comfortable beds in the bedrooms with nice linens and towels. ( sofa bed not comfortable as its only a 2 pad and not mattress)air conditioning. coffee provided
  : socommunication with host was difficult. we messaged through booking. com four times (4 days in advance, daily)with our arrival time of 3-4 pm and requested check in instructions with no response. we arrived at property at 3 pm. we did not have wifi or phone service to call number and requested a nearby business to call for us. they tried three times with no answer. we became very worried. At 4:10 pm two other travellers came to also check in and they called. host was in the apartment building and said she would be down in two minutes. I showed her the messages she said she didnt get. on check out we requested her to call us a cab and to ensure it was large van cab for 5 people with luggage. a small car showed up to pick us upits a nice place in a good location however there are details that could be improved to increase score. minor repairs no door handle and flashing lights in bathroom, outlets in bedroom broken and not usable, smoke detectors in closet, shower handle and drain cover in upstairs bathroom not attached. no tea towels and well used dish spongesofa bed not comfortable as its only a sponge pad and not a mattress

  : The location was the only good thing about property
  : Absoulutley nothing like photos on Booking.com. (probably original developers photos) No maintenance has been done on this property for many years it is now in a disgusting and dangerous state. The bathroom is rusty and unhygenic the boiler is over the toilet making it virtually impossible to sit on and if you did your hair would be in close proximity to gas flame. There is no handle on the toilet door (this is in a tray on top of the fridge, we did to no avail ask for this to be replaced) leaving it open to living area with no privacy. The kitchen is unusable being blocked by a very large industrial table and chairs. the equipment level does not permit three people to exist let alone the six it is supposed to cater for. The pull out sofa bed is twisted and broken. Fire detectors are piled up in the wardrobe. The balcony is small and pointless and only accessed from the bathroom. Windows are sealed shut giving no access to close shutters which banged continuously throughout a major storm. Air conditioning only operates in one bedroom, and living room meaning door has to be left open to get any benefit therefore removing any privacy. Electrical sockets are broken exposing wiring. Floors are filthy to the degree this transfers to bed linen.Four tv`s in the property and one remote that doesnt work on any of them. Keysafe broken leaving access for anybody to access key. The staircase rail is broken many screws are missing and it is barely secured to wall. Stained curtains and broken curtain rails missing fittings. The decor is shoddy with broken cupboards and damaged walls. In conclusion this property is a disgrace and Booking .com should be embarresed to have any dealings with this owner and remove the property immediately.

  : Communication is awful. I had to call Booking to confirm the apartment was still available, as noone replied to my messages. Even the check in day, they asked us to go at 3pm to meet them, and we were not provided with a name or anything. We were hoping they would show up. It doesn't take much effort to set expectations accordinly. People want to know if their place is available or not. They asked us to leave the keys in a lockbox so they could come in to change the sofa. I said no, don't feel safe doing that, and they called me a few hours later to see if they could come in. Said no again. Still by the time we went back, I didn't know if they went in or not (they didn't). I understand they want to make improvements, but please do them when the apartment is free.
