  : The location to our office in Via Tortona was excellent. Very close to a supermarket and places to eat. The bedrooms and bathroom were a good size and also the living room. It was very easy to communicate with the property organiser.
  : The phone number to call to get in to the building did not work. It took a while to get it sorted by calling Claudio to help The gardeners started work very early which woke us up. The noise of the water in the pipes in the walls was very loud which kept waking us up. There was still rubbish from the previous occupier in the bins and shower.

  : Living room area was spacious & lots of light.
  : when I made the the booking I stipulated that we were were 4 adults, the bedroom with the 2 single beds, size was more for children & alsothe towels (for a 5 daystay shouldnt we have got an extra set of towels) 1 pillow per person?!! It was also time consuming & frustrating to try & get hold of the person to give us codes to enter the apartment and calls were at my cost. This property should have a parking, it was very difficult to find parking especially because nearby garages on some days were full.

  : The support and care I recieved from the facility/Building manager, called Jude ( You can't miss this gentleman when you walk into this building. If you do, his smile and the abilty to break the ice will get your attention). Marti who was my Accomondation Management direct contact, was just wonderful because without her, I wopuld have slept outside the Apartment. The code was changed and she wasn't updated. But she did her best to make sure, I gain access even though I arrived very late.
  : I didn't like the fact that I was not updated when the code was changed. I panicked as I was in this building on my own, nearly mid night, trying to get into the apartment and none of the codes were working!

  : The apartment its very nice, clean, could easily accommodate up to 6 person. They have a coffee machine(Nespresso) but no capsules provided by the host. If you plan to book this property and you have a late arrival hour I definitely do not recommend.
  : Although I clearly mentioned that I will arrive at a late hour the host did not mention for a second that it would be impossible to collect the entrance key. They provided a phone number to call for opening the building door that was out of service, and a urgency contact that was also wrong. We stayed for more than an hour in front of the building and and we had to disturb an entire building to be able to reach the key box. It would be so easy to place a key locker in the yard, so if you plan to book this property and you have a late arrival I definitely do not recommend.

  : Absolut disaster from the team of Mila Apartments. Check-in should be until 21:00. I have informed them couple of days in advance that we might be arriving a little late, but they said no problem and they sent me instructions on 3 sheets of paper. For entering the building I should do a "missed phone call" to an italian mobile number. I have called that number at 20:50 and nobody answered, nobody opened the door on the building. We had to wait there 30minutes, than one young italian lady was able to help us, she has found a button called "house master" on the door bells at the bulding entrance. Luckily the door master was willing to let us into the building after 3 minutes discussion, the door master has spoken really little english.
