  : There is a video guide to collect the key specially when traveling at late hours or flight delays. One has to register on a site and obtain a code to get the key, by registering, the host, very nice by the way, guided us, sent us a video with instructions and made it very possible for us to access the apartment and front gate. The location in Brera is perfect.
  : Not able to find an extra outlet in the kitchen to plug the expreso coffee maker, we had to unplug the microwave. There are exposed holes on the stairs where it seems a frame picture was hung so it was not nice to see it, I guess it could be easily fixed. Other than that the apartment is very confortable.

  : We were not able to retrieve our keys and the helpline did not help!!! A huge phone bill and no apology are the result... the system of digitally opening the doors is flawed!!! It is possible to manually lock the doors from inside and the it isnt possible to open them by buzzing them open! Total fail!

  : The location was very convenient, very close to many places of interestsyet tucked in a charming alley. The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable. The host was very helpful and answer our questions and needs very swiftly. We definitely would stay here again.

  : we came to the place at middle of night. i send a message before that this is our flight. the owner send me orders how to open the door....they say the app will open when we will arive the place. we came at 1.00 oclock at night....the door for the building didnt open up. the app didnt open. now one answer us. after 1 hour ant a help from local gay we had to take hotel for the rest of the night. at this hotel they told me that many people that coming at night have the same problem. we where very disappointment from this and we had to spent money and time that we didnt ment too. i will never order a flat at milano any more.
