  : The position wonderful, beautiful view of City Life. I must say that my requests were seen to quickly. Well done
  : There was no care taken in little detail; the bathroom wasnt particularly clean around the taps, the bath tub had hair around the out let, when I arrived there werent any bedside lamps, dirty/ stained tea towel, no kettle for making hot drinks. Unfortunately these are basics that people expect and assume will be in a kitchen. I am a person who travels. A good paint would also be good, to give a sense of cleanness.

  : Charming, comfortable and clean apartment, very good location, responsive staff.
  : Could do with a facelift, e.g., a fresh coat of paint, matching kitchenware, better insulation - a bit cold in December if AC was not on (which was leaking at the time, causing some unpleasantness).

  : Self check in using the link and the door knob! We had some problems locking and unlocking the door. The low temperature in the apartment, it was freaking cold! Far from metro but near the place a very good bus transport,

  : It is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen appliances were ok. The living room was big. And the staff was very understanding and patient to help opening the apartment as we didnt have wifi and let us get in the apartment before 3 PM with the luggage. The person by the reception of the building was very helpful too. The classic Italian elevator experience was joyful. It broke during our stay but they were very quick in fixing it.
  : The bed was big enough but actually it was two single mattresses put together which was not comfortable . The room was organized but dusty. And one of the sofas had some kind of bugs.

  : key app is a nightmare, does not work. Weak internet range may be a reason. No way to contact anybody after work hours. It took till midnight to get to appartment

  : very spacious and bright, clean, great location, surprisingly quiet but we stayed during the Easter break and the city was empty
  : the bathroom and the kitchen need some renovations
