  : The location was great but the construction noise from the hotel being built next door was not so good.
  : I requested an early check-in for the top floor. Both requests were denied. Ended up on the 3rd floor listening to people stomp around upstairs during the entire visit. Although signs stated, "No Pets Allowed", I witnessed 3 different people, bringing their dogs into the side doors and taking them up the back stairs. On the day of check-out, I requested a 30-minute extension because I was running behind. This was also denied. At 11:45am, upon returning to the room after taking some items to my vehicle, my key had been deactivated. Had to find a cleaning person to let me back into the room.

  : The staff was very nice and very kind. Great people.
  : Shower curtain was covered in mildew and mold. Absolutely gross. The breakfast shenanigans was insane one family was in control of the entire breakfast area and did not let anyone else eat. Literally standing holding the waffle iron and only allowing that family to eat. They acted like animals and no one cared. It was appalling to watch.
