  : They took a deposit that was never returned to me and when I tried to connect with the manager it was difficult after a month he answered and was rude and hostile he did not want to provide me with the information he told me that it was a problem with the bank but we do not understand the reason and it is not A nice person treated me badly and didn't help me, I need help! I need help from booking because the hotel has not helped me and their manager is a hostile and rude person
