  : Walls are very thin, you can hear next room, above & below! Restaurant was closed that night. We were looking forward to eating there. And the pool,really gross, very dirty! I don't like giving bad reviews but they need to do something about it!

  : That I only had 1 night booked.
  : We got to the room to find the adjoining door to the next room wide open. We immediately contacted Reception (not easy as they did not answer the phone so we had to walk to the next building) and were assured it would be locked immediately (we wanted to go and swim before it got too late and did not want to leave our valuables). 3 hours later, and 4 contacts with staff (Stephanie the manager was the rudest, most aggressive hotel staff that I have ever encountered and lied that someone would come to lock our door and then aggressively told us when we asked where they were that "someone else was in front of us"). We finally walked to the pool with our belongings to find a tiny pool full of dive-bombing children and parents on their phone. Just as we lay down on the sunbeds, the sun went behind the huge mountain in front of the hotel. Stephanie and the lack of any staff correcting their error for 3 hours spoiled our whole stay and we could not wait to get away. No meals available on site either as they only provide them on a few nights.
