  : Nothiing, the quality and upkeep did not match the price. Parking was a mess too congested.

  : I did not stay. Made the reservation one hour before I showed up at the hotel. They treated me at the desk like a piece of garbage. Said 48 hour cancellation policy and I would be charged! I did how can the policy apply when the reservation was made one hour ago! They are criminals

  : Number one no coffee maker or ice machine , house keeping doesn’t clean but every two weeks was told this by the staff. The bed sheets were dirty and they had hair in them. The floors were filthy and the hotel it self had a horrible odor when you walked in the day lady was nice, the night staff seemed irritated that we asked for clean towels. There was a stove but nothing to cook with kind of pointless to have a kitchenette with cooking pans or kitchen utensils in it. The bed was rock hard and something bit my husband and my daughter. I would send a picture but both got bit on the behind. The day lady who we checked in with was nice. There were people in the parking lot all night long and a man was wondering around checking to see if cars were unlocked we seen him from upstairs. When we checked out two days early there was a man trying to convince my husband that he needed in to get to his room that he locked his hotel card in his car. We didn’t let him in. The manager did approve the refund of the two days I didn’t stay but I still haven’t seen the money in my bank account yet.

  : On the road and needed a place to stay, of the 14 or so hotels in this area I felt this was the best value and the better hotel so I booked and was very happy with my choice.
