  : Very comfortable living room and beds/bedroom. Nice patio out back. Good location. Safe.
  : Dishwasher was still loaded from previous renters. Had been run but were not clean due to disgusting gunk in bottom of dishwasher drain. We had to wash our own dishes. Oven handle/door broken, as was toilet paper holder.

  : The location was convenient to the Arches National Park, about 15 min drive. 10 min drive to Moab city center for food or grocery. The house was clean and had an open floor plan which was nice to be able to do things together.
  : The lights were dim. They were not bright enough. Wish they have dimmers.

  : The house was a good size. There were some things broken ex: the light over the bar was broken,the molding along the cabinet by the bar was broken and missing, there were ants in the kitchen and bathroom,the light outside on the awnings only one strand was working, barbeque grill was old broken and very dirty seemed unsafe to even use so we couldn't use. I sent pictures to the manager and Steve came by and took pictures also. I was given the impression that there was a pool and hot tub at the home but it was a community pool. I feel the pictures of the house were deceiving. Also there was no cable which was fine but we were unable to stream our streaming apps because the program for your streaming was outdated. We were unable to see local news which would have been nice. Would have been nice to know to bring our own fire stick or Roku. Some of the glasses had cracks in them not broken, but not good to use. The code for the pool was wrong on the first page of the notebook the correct code was under the pool info.

  : The views were stunning. The out door area was a little dated but so enjoyable.
