Holiday Inn Mobile Airport an IHG Hotel

  : Not much to like here.
  : The room smelled horrible. Like mildew and cigarettes and everything, including the sheets and pillows were wet. Like overly damp because of what I'm assuming was a humidity issue. We called the front desk to ask if there is a different room, but there is not, but they sent up housekeeping to change the bedding and to spray some air freshener. The man was very nice but didn't really speak English but managed to understand what we needed and then he even acknowledged the horrible smell and told us to wait and went and got some cleaner or something to spray into the AC filter. This made it smell clean but way overly clean. After finally laying down and trying to sleep, the room above us must have rented a bounce house or something and was having an 11pm party. We paid close to $200 for less than 6 total hours in the room because we weren't getting sleep anyway as we only got about 2 hours of sleep anyway. I've stayed over a thousand nights in hotels throughout my life, and this was the absolute worst by far.
