  : Breakfast selection was very good and could be served directly in our apartment. The staff is very friendly and pleasant, makes you feel at home, check-in and check-out process were fast and easy. The landscape surrounding the property is beautiful and the apartments are spacious.
  : Many small add-ons and charges (extra toilet paper rolls are chargeable, laundry tokens are chargeable, bottled water is chargeable, toiletries refills are chargeable, etc). Reception staff wasn't always on site, so if you needed any of the above in the afternoon or night you had no choice but driving off to the closest town. No coffee/tea are offered in the room even if there are coffee machine and kettle. You have to bring your own pool towels.

  : We thought from description that it had a washer in room.Since it said there was one in this room.So we had issues with laundry,which made it difficult for leaving.Also wasn't told that it cost or how to work laundry facilities which made it difficult.The pics do not show or tell you they are coin operated.The walls are very thin and could hear everything,so didn't get much sleep and the beds weren't comfy,and could use a upgrade,along with blankets.We actually slept on fold out couch last nite to try to get better sleep.The pics need updated, because it seems to show there is washer in rooms in description from outdated,which is why we got this place.Also didn't know we would get charged for breakfast that we didn't eat since it said that breakfast was included.So misleading.Definitely need more accurate description.Although Lisa was very pleasant and did respond quickly to our needs! I don't think we would come back

  : The views and facilities for the kids were amazing! We had a spacious apartment, the kids could run outside in the morning and they loved the trampoline and play area. Breakfasts were delicious, as were the two dinners we had at the apartment whilst we were staying. Lisa, the host, and her colleague were incredibly kind and friendly.
  : The seating in the living area could have been a bit more comfortable for a family of four.

  : - The location and surroundings were quite nice overall. - There is an outside pool with a well kept yard around it. - The complex is kept in the authentic Tuscan style. - Breakfast was alright, although the portions were quite small.
  : Right on the get go you are overwhelmed with warmth, affection and 'kindness', and usually when this is the case, you immediately know that something is fishy and that niceness is used as an overcompensation for some lack. We have booked 3 days in one of the apartments, but we only stayed one night. The reason for that was the fact that we couldn't sleep the whole night on the atrocious bed covered with the heaviest blanket you have ever encountered. The mattress was super stiff and it had a huge hole in the middle. We opened the reviews and found out that this has been the case for a while now, and there are a lot of complaints on this part, but since the host is overcompensating with niceness, these mentions are always buried inside the reviews so you have to filter for 'bed' to find how many people have complained about this issue. The bathroom was quite old and not that well kept, it had this really strong smell of a detergent they use to clean and cover the smell, which we couldn't get used to the whole day/night. In my opinion the bed and the shower are the most important aspects of any rented accommodation, and it should be of utmost priority to be kept at the highest standard, especially for a place that boasts with a 9.3 rating on Booking. In the morning we packed up and left the apartment around 10 a.m, went directly to find Lisa to report the situation and ask for a refund for the remaining two days, as this is what she recommended to people that reported issues in their booking reviews. The moment we told her the situation we witnessed a momentary shift in her behavior, she started lying about how this was the first time in 20 years that someone complained about the beds, that she changed that mattress in February this year, that we are the problem no one else have reported this, that booking keeps the money, that she has a family and this is her work, etc. There was no full or partial refund whatsoever.
