  : Decent bed.
  : The location is a bit dodgy and really difficult to find, since it is in a hidden dark alley. The breakfast is mostly made of sugar and meat. There is a dark curtain to keep the light at night, which works well, but during the day either you have the window completely without curtain or it's fully dark.

  : Location was excellent, near metro station and bus and tram stops . There was not too much noice from traffic of the busy streets even tought we kept our window open.
  : We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned during our stay and we did not even have a whole roll of toilet paper, but we managed with what we had. Staff does not speak english, but that's all right because it was told on booking.

  : The room was unbelievably small. Old furniture, rust in the bathroom. Terrible breakfast served to the room. I also have doubts about bed clothes cleaning quality. Very unfriendly personal. Moreover, we had dirty and messy room reconstruction next door. One of the most terrible experience I had.

  : The room was clean, quiet location, near this hotel was many restaurants. The underground was closed to this hotel. Great value of money. It's situated not to far from central Moscow. Recommend this hotel to a budget family.

  : The location was close enough to a Starbucks, Metro and some acceptable food places (groceries, cafe, restaurants, etc). The breakfast tasted good but you had to pay extra, The shower drain clogged on the 3rd day and they fixed it with some draino stuff the same day I reported it. Price. The room was pretty quiet, it has double doors which helps keep out the noise from the hallway, but if you open a window, there are a couple of restaurants next door which frequently have loud parties, but not a night club type of deal. I was able to communicate with them through booking.com because my flight delay caused me to arrive late, so that was nice that they knew I was still arriving.
  : If you want breakfast it costs more. If you want your room cleaned more than every 3rd day (4 in my case), it's more. If you run out of TP, they act like that's a strange request to need more. They know very little English, but that's my fault for not knowing more Russian, I am in their country after all. Breakfast Sausage turned out to be a hotdog. They have only 4 choices for breakfast, printed on a laminated sheet in English, but don't say you have to order it the day before. I don't know where they get the breakfast from, but it's probably their back room as no restaurant anywhere near them serves what they offer. The shower drain was slow to drain the first 2 days and clogged up on the 3rd. The carpet in my room was horrible! I didn't dare walk around with bare feet, stains everywhere on the carpet in the room, but not in the main hallway. When the staff would go outside to smoke, it was in an alleyway where my room window was. Even with the window closed, the smoke smell came into my room. UGG! A lot of Russians smoke a lot, but when the rooms are non-smoking, you don't want your room to still be full of smoke. I had a queen size bed and they have me a half size sheet and a half size bedspread - WHAT? After 4 days they cleaned the room and added a full sized sheet. The heat / ac in the place is non existent. I had to open the window for some air but then had to deal with the smoking already mentioned and the restaurant noise. One night it was cold that I added a sheet from the cabinet and then in the middle of the night I woke up sweating and had to throw it off. The next night it got colder but there wasn't any heat and was cold even with the double sheet and the window closed. There are NO CONTROLS in the room, you are left up to whatever they decide. My stay in a mini-hotel in Saint Petersburg was 100% better than this place and comparable in description and price.

  : I did like the location and staff.
  : I didn't like bathroom, it was actually a little bit messy. Also while I had a shower, hot water is stopped and I had to finish in cold water, it was disaster..
