  : The rooms are a nice size. The beds were comfortable. Good location
  : Facility only has 1 washer and dryer for all customers to use, and they are overpriced. Noise level of customer over me was unbearable. Breakfast options were limited (pancake and waffle and juice machine inoperable)

  : Nice room, very spacious, comfortable, staff was great. Had to leave a night early because of a family emergency, and they didn't charge for the second night reserved. That was greatly appreciated.
  : Price gauging--we come for travel basketball, and the rates are crazy high when there is a tournament There were also ants in the room.

  : The property looks new and clean esp outside and the reception area. But once we entered the elevator and even our room, it has some kind of unpleasant smell and dry air that looks like the room hasn’t opened for days. We tried to let the air move but the hallway air is same as the inside. The mini fridge they have in the room has some kinda rusty stuff in it. The beds are actually comfortable and clean but with no clean air in the room made the whole experience got ruined. But the next morning, we had a good breakfast that includes for everyone with different tastes and that was really nice .
  : When we arrived at the hotel; the person who greeted us told us oh I don’t see your name on here and I’m sorry. I tried to explain even if it’s with third party, it’s confirmed and it’s not my first time having this kinda reservation. But he insisted I must have done something wrong. when I even gave him the confirmation number he said that’s also wrong and he tried to give me my id back. I insisted to check it again and he finally realized he was looking a wrong name and apologized. But it wasn’t a good start at all at the property . The other issue we had was the room does look like it hasn’t been opened for a while. Some unpleasant smell inside the room and in the hallway. We had a late arrival at the property and it was too late to go to the reception and ask for another room especially with super tired small child . We just sucked it up for the night.

  : The hotel was new and super clean. the room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
  : The breakfast was very limited and once they ran out of an item, they didn’t replace it.
