  : Close to the casino where the event we were attending was. Comfortable bed.
  : The room was blazing hot, the thermostat wasnt working, and by the time we realized it the hour was so late. We didnt sleep well. The so called breakfast was NOT breakfast it was bagels, cold hard boiled eggs and cold verbal with some muffins offered. Definitely not anything to sustain person traveling. All the food offered were prepackaged, nothing fresh. The room seemed clean, but then I stepped on a very gross sticky part of the carpet at the corner of the foot of the bed. Ewww. The only thing I mentioned at checkout was how hot it was in the room, when I got little reaction to that I kept my my shut about the rest of it. Why waste my breath when the staff didnt seem to care.

  : Our reservation we made was supposed to be 2 queens and a pull out sofa. When we got to the room it wasnt. They then put us in a king with a pull out. Still not what we asked for because of our children, we needed the extra bed. So the very nice front desk gentleman comped us a room with two queen beds to help make up for the error. He gave it to us for both nights we were staying. We verified multiple times and he assured us we would have it for both night. We then spent the whole day with family out in MP. When we came back it was late and we had two crying babies ready to be cleaned up and go to bed. We tried our keys and they didnt work! We went down to the front desk and asked them to reprogram our keys. They said no, that we were supposed to get comped a room and we now have to pay for the second room. We were already told it would be comped by someone else. The front desk boy was not very pleasant about it and acted as if it was my fault that he even had to have the conversation with me. I let him know I would not be paying for the second room because we were told it would be comped and they didnt have the room we originally booked. He then made me wait for over 10 minutes while he talked on the phone with his manager. Mind you, all while I have crying small children ready to go to bed. This was very poor service. The rooms for one single night was more than the casino rooms! We typically only stay at the casino resort but they didnt have the room type we needed for that night.. Hard lesson to learn. I would not recommend this hotel due to their service. I was highly impressed with William the first night front desk agent, he was kind and understand but everyone else I encountered I cannot say the same. To top everything off, they will only clean and/or service your room if youre staying 7 nights or more! That seems very excessive. I cant imagine how many people are actually staying in a room in Mount Pleasant for 7 nights or more.

  : The sheets and towels are really shabby/run down. They need new ones. Some had holes, very thin and the sheets were so thin they were shredding
