  : It was close to my Goddaughter's school that's the ONLY reason why we booked this motel. Not our normal type of place to stay.
  : It was TOTALLY GROSS!! All the furniture in the room was DUSTY...the room was DARK....and there were USED wash rags hanging in the bathroom which was apparently left from a previous stay. HORRIBLE!!

  : Proximity to where I needed to be.
  : Hotel rooms are listed as smoke free however, the room reeked of cigar smells. I purchased air sprays to assist in getting rid of room odors and because bedding wasn't the cleanness, I Lysol sprayed down the bed before getting into it.

  : The front desk persons were hospitable/cordial.
  : This is an older establishment and needs basic upgrades to be considered amongst even a minimum rating hotel. The non-smoking environment didn't exist at least in the room I was assigned to. The bedding (blanket) had cigarette burns in it and room reeked of cigar smoke. Had to make purchases from local store for Lysol, Clorox wipes, and room freshener to make room tolerable considering this was the only hotel/motel in town where I was attending a funeral.
