  : Like the location because it is right by the beach.
  : I didn't like the fact that breakfast was included but you had to pay if you wanted to take it to your room had a kid that couldn't walk to the breakfast room so I had to pay for her breakfast. The elevators didn't work to well and only two of them was working it was a long wait for the elevator at least 10 minutes. Staff was okay. It was so hot in the building. It was a bad vacation for me because of the hotel stay and I paid a lot of money to get a 1 star service.

  : Smelled horrible in hallways and room. Rooms weren’t all that clean and had a hard time finding the remote in the floor under the bed. The pools were hard and had a lot of places to get scrapes or cut. We love the pools other then the roughness…This place is ran down and needs a lot of renovating. The new slides are really cool but waaaay too fast and hurt ur back and elbows really bad so that was a bust….. Rude worker got an attitude about us trying to open a door that should have been unlocked… Air conditioner made a horrible sound when it kicked on and the rooms were soggy! Made everything in my room moist.
  : The water being cut off for hours when we were trying to shower and get ready for the day… never did get that last shower… was rushed to check out 2 hrs early so the cleaners could come clean the room

  : Dirty, not friendly,not informational, roaches, no clean towels,no new trash bags, pools cold, pools closed inside and lazy river outside, nothing stating how tall children have to be to ride water slides but yet there is a restriction however how they measure you is by a broken stick in a cone, beds slept horrible, fridge barely worked, no carts to be found for luggage, extra charge for parking not gated.
