: Condo was beautiful and sparkling clean! Loved the screened porch. Grounds were beautiful. The walk to the beach was spectacular. We loved our stay!
: Few minor maintenance issues. Door hinges on master bedroom loose, door wouldn't close. Master bath tub drained really slow.

: Location is great! Convenient to everything snd walking distance to beach and private pool area
: The bed needs replacing, has egg crate and is not comfortable. Both of up were living on ibuprofen from worn out mattress in master. Ice maker doesn’t work. Cleaning should include under the couches.

: The location was great, the kitchen, living room, dinning room, and bedrooms were great. The number of appliances in the kitchen were great (Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster oven, smoothie blender, panini sandwich toaster), rocking chairs on the porch, TVs in living room and bedrooms, and the keyless lock on the front door were all in very good condition.
: The bathrooms could use updating, set of non-stick pans for the kitchen rather than one stainless skillet, better instructions for the facility especially the TV (welcome books and instructions seemed to be for somewhere else in that it said to dial zero for room service and wakeup calls - there in no phone in the condo), finding that you can get a lot of additional stations on the TV by entering the numbers on the remote (local stations did not show up in any TV or online menu).

: The location is excellent according to the Myrtle beach attractions and facilities, it is in the middle of everything. The condominium is excellent and the apartment has a premium location inside the condominium being very close to the beach and pool and with a beautiful water view that can not be better.
: The apartment inside is dark so having cool light bulbs would help a little bit. Other than that the sleeping coach is not comfortable at all so sleeping of 6 is not very recommended.
