  : Location of the property was perfect since we wanted to be on the beachfront and close to everything.
  : The apartment furnishings were old, dirty and damaged. Headboard of the king bed had handprints all over it. The frame of the wall bed was nasty like it had never been cleaned. Carpet throughout the entire unit was disgusting. There were stains of the fabric of the chair in the living room and the couch smelled like urine. The kitchen was not furnished with any cooking pans and the dishwasher wasn’t mounted into the wall correctly, it was just placed into the wall, no brackets to hold it in place so it was moveable. The only things that seemed to be clean were the bed linens, towels, tub and refrigerator. There were also stains on the cabinets in the bathroom. The entire bathroom unit just needs an update from top to bottom. Definitely not worth the money.
