: I didn't see breakfast. Maybe it was served before we came downstairs. Location of view overlooking the beach was beautiful. Arcade was open through out the night do it was good to play with adults.
: My sister slipped and fell on her chest about 5minutes after in the room. The tiles were slippery from the condensation. We placed towels on the floor to get to and from the bathroom. We didn't have knowledge to caution of this bring a possibility. She is sore but okay - we were thinking between the two us rather her than me because I'm pregnant.

: The property has an excellent view of the ocean and was close to shops and dining areas.
: This is a nice place for couples. The room could use a good dusting but it wasn’t terrible. The resort itself could update their elevators they are hot with no air and extremely slow.

: Getting our full refund back the first morning when we left. We reserved the room for 6 nights before we knew what we were getting into!
: EVERYTHING! Room was filthy, cockroaches everywhere, the room looked like it hasn't been dusted in months, the hotel is right in the middle of "party town" drunks everywhere, people being loud and obnoxious. Smelled weed everywhere we went, couldn't even get away from the smell on the balcony off of our room.

: We paid a cleaning fee of $75 but had to clean the room before leaving…. sweep, take out trash, everything but make the bed. Makes no sense

: There was blood on the sheets and we did not feel comfortable sleeping there due to this. We sent photos to the property manager as requested as well as booking.com and did not receive any refund. We did not spend our weekend there. But we still paid close to $1,000 for nothing. Awful experience. Still looking for someone to acknowledge that this is not right AT ALL.
