: Situated in the heart of Nuremberg, this stylish hotel really does tick all the boxes. Easy communications, speedy check-in, free ice-cream on arrival and an excellent restaurant. Comfy bed and no street noise to disturb your sleep. A great stop-off en route to Austria -we will return!

: It is in a fabulous and convenient location. I also loved the restaurants on the ground floor and the stores around the courtyard. The beds were comfortable, and there were great amenities. Pool is open until late hours! The hot drink voucher was a small gesture but appreciated.
: The hotel has many rooms, so getting into your room is not the easiest thing. I didn't enjoy the fact that there was no room service, no telephone to contact the reception, no frigobar, and not even a cold bottle of water. TV doesn't have Netflix or other streaming services to connect, and the toilet is too separated from the shower. I also found the wardrobe too small.

: Friendly staff, excellent breakfast & very comfortable sleep experience.
: The key system was a nightmare. A key card was needed to access the door from the stairs to the lobby and to operate the elevator. At least 3 times my key failed, locking us out of the elevator and the lobby area, requiring rescue from another guest. On the final occassion, the key card failure locked me out of the elevator requing me to carry two extra large/heavy suitcases down the stairs. There was no telephone in the room allowing us to call the front desk. Another area of concern was the hotel's complete lack of accomodation to a request for a mini fridge or come other cooler to keep medications cold. I finally capitulated to their requirement for a 40 eu. upgrade to a room with a kitchenette. I've travelled all over the world, this was the first time I encountered this sort of issue. The hotel was in a lovely part of old town, but due to our issues I'm not sure we would return.
