  : The kitchen was not functional, but they didnt mention that before. We were allowed to check in at 17:00. They didnt chance the towels for the entire time that we stayed there (5 days). The shower head was broken, i mentioned that, but they didnt change it nor repair.

  : Salvatore is an amazing host. so accommodating and a great personality. the private bathroom was attached to the room, and was updated and clean.
  : the location was a bit unsafe especially at night as a female solo traveler, perhaps less scary with a group or as a guy

  : I have been literally robbed by Rosolino. They took my money although, they told me that they cannot accommodate me, so I did not turn up there. The booking.com asked from them to give me money back but they refused. Beyond believe. Absolutely unprecedented. I booked just 24 hours before my stay and asked to check in after 20:00, but they replied (in Italian!!! which I do not speak) that they cannot accept me after 20:00. Let's say, fair enough, it is their policy. However, since it was already just 24 hours before my stay, booking.com passed my credit card details to them, so they simply charged me. I thought it was a mistake, but when I asked booking.com to get my money back, they refused. I could not believe someone being so bold. I have to say, I blame booking.com for that. They passed my credit card details to someone, although I expected all credit card payments go directly through them and they transfer then money to B&B people through other channel. When I asked booking.com for refund - they refused. So I am leaving booking.com after maybe 15 years of booking literally every single holiday through them.

  : This was a HORRIBLE BAD experience and not a good way to welcome tourists in Naples. We were being confronted by a very rude host who didn't speak any English. They were speaking in a very aggressive tone in Italian and harassing and forcing us. At the same time the signal and internet and WiFi was very bad to even use Google Translate. We were 2 ladies alone in a very UNSAFE AREA and they didn't understand us wanting to cancel our last minute mistake booking. The room wasn't correct like on the pictures and no single beds as we booked. We hadn't payed anything yet they didn't even want to come up to an agreement. Disgrace and disappointing we couldn't even properly communicate with the property to wage cancellation fee. They charged us the full amount forcefully including the city tax even though we didn't stay... No time to lose, only after money instead of customer satisfaction. Don't recommend reserving this at all

  : It was a very nice place completely worth the money. The location was great and the place clean.
  : The entrance was a bit strange the day you arrived. There isn't anything saying it is the hotel. Also it isn't a b&b no breakfast, which didn't matter to me because my reservation said it was included anyways.
