  : Location is in the middle of the city centre, close to all attractions. A lot of great restaurants around.Very friendly staff, willing to help with organising sightseeing.Delicious croissants for breakfast.
  : It was quite noisy at nights. Its an old building so thats expected I believe.

  : Room with 2 narrow and squiky beds, the sink was in the room not in the bathroom. As an advice, breakfast would be more appropriate in a cafe nearby instead in the room.

  : - enjoyed the balcony and street view- soundproof door on a busy street- Very friendly staff- good, safe location close to points of interests - we were able to walk with our luggage to the ferry terminal - very hot water in the shower - nice breakfast pastry and coffee- the elevator is tiny, but there is one- Naples is what Id call intermediate travel. Its not London or Paris, and things are not always so obvious or easy to navigate. This hotel is inside a mixed-use apartment building. (Very common Italy, I found) I didnt think the location was particularly confusing to find, despite not sleeping on my red eye from USA. You just have to know to look around. There is a sign outside the building next to the door, indicating that the hotel is on the second floor using Staircase A. Staircase C is on your right, so logically walk as left as you can
  : - VERY, VERY stark and felt a like a dormitory, institution, or loft apartment converted to AirBnB. The rooms would benefit greatly from some basic design: a better coat of paint, better bedding, some art or decorations - the bedsheets and fabric bed frame were stained and I found hair from the previous guests. Bedding and mattress felt very inexpensive and uncomfortable. The mattress is the type where you move involuntarily when your partner flips over - the walls were dirty and scuffed - all of the clothing storage and bedside tables are metal, meaning every movement makes a loud sound. Not ideal if youre significant other is sleeping-not super soundproof. I heard people in the common area clearly -overall it feels like not a lot of thought went into this room
