  : TERRIBLE!!! They charged my card deposit 200Eur and kept it for 1,5months. They did not respond my requests to return my money. Absolutely thecworst experience ever. They charge you 5 euro per luggage if you want to leave it in their office.I will NEVER choose this company again they have absolutely awful attitude: I don't care. So it can seem a goid valle but holding 200Eur fir 1,5months?????

  : 200 Euro security deposit was required when we checked in. The money wasn't just held it was withdrawn. It has been 3 weeks and they have advised me that it won't be refunded for 30 business days. Outrageous! Imagine if every accomodation place did that. Also wondering who's making the interest on all of those 'security deposits"? Check in was at a different location to the room. Passcodes for buildings and rooms very confusing. Other people trying to get into the building and couldn't. The room was tiny, no glasses or cups or anything to make a drink or even get a glass of water. Hardly enough room for a suitcase. No ventilation in the bathroom.

  : Paid my deposit of 200 and i checked out of the hotel on the 4th april and its now 22nd may and i still haven't got my refund.. they have told me my room was ok and to expect after 14 days because i booked it with my credit card then they said i paid it with a debit card (which i didnt ) and i had to wait 30 days .. absaloutly avoid at all costs

  : Clean place to stay, close to the port to catch ferries is really the only reason for staying here
  : Having to give a 200 euro deposit that will stay on your credit card for 15-30 days is absolutely ridiculous and I would have never booked this place if I knew that was the case as I stayed there on the way to and from Sorrento. Also, the check in staff are useless and lazy and make you do it all online anyway once you get there

  : Location was fantastic.
  : Check was a bit difficult given the online check in only. There were no glasses, water or a jug supplied. A staff member entered our room without knocking first trying to find an empty room for a guest with a baby.
