  : I made a reservation in June for a one night stay in mid September due to its location and review score on booking.com. Received a message from the host 2 weeks before my stay informing me the room I booked is not available. The host offered to rearrange me to a room located at via Toledo 272. When I realized its a different building at a different location, which I know nothing about and which the host offered no descriptions and no photos and no sorry, I declined the offer. The host then responded he/she will contact booking.com for a cancellation. During my subsequent communications with customer service at booking.com, I got to know they are overbooked for the day. If you read through all the lowest reviews, you will note at least another customer was unexpectedly put into a different location upon checking in. This is a huge disappointment, which caused so much inconvenience and forced me to research for an alternative immediately. However, I am glad that I did not get the opportunity to stay at this place. I have used booking.com for many years for all international travels and bad things like this never happened before.

  : The location is amazing, right in the center of the city but also quiet inside and no noise at all despite all the crowded streets and lively people. Gianluca was the perfect host, giving all the information and support i needed even before our trip to Naples started. we feel so well received !

  : Very central and well located. Gianluca who welcomed us is extremely friendly and very reactive to any request, punctual and helpful. Room good size for 3 and comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Coffee tea water on disposal.
  : The economy room wed stay in has no window which is a shame. Breakfast is a bit poor and has to be taken in a little cafe in the street which is fine.
