  : inside the setup looks nice with new colors and modern. Host communication is great and friendly.
  : Beds are just the steel frames and mattress is very poor quality. The bed sheets were clean but torn. Shower is small and the doors do not close well, and the shower head is of poor quality. They give liquid soap packets, and no place for bath tissues. AC did not seem to work unless you keep it in turbo mode which makes a lot of noise. Location is sketchy, entrance had roaches and we saw they sprayed some white medicine. The elevator does not work, and you have to keep the luggage in the elevator and walk up the stairs and then call the elevator. For breakfast we were given coupons to use at a near by coffee shop where you can get 1 pastry item and 1 coffee or juice per each coupon.

  : The staff were very kind, and the room came with complimentary water. It was also just a slight walk to the main train station.
  : The hotel's page says free breakfast, which I assumed meant an actual meal, but all we got was a ticket for a free coffee from a different caffee down the street, which I couldnt find, even though they gave us the exact address, but that one might be on me. It was also a little noisy at night, but that is the nature of being next to the station I guess.

  : The staff /Antonio &K was very helpful an friendly,for complementary-2 bottles of minerals water and good espresso. The breakfast in the cafe next to the property was very good : very tasty freshly baked pastry and coffee/for tickets from the property. The room was very clean. We had late check-out( 2 hours ) without paid for that. Opposite the property-train station to go to Vesuvius ,Pompey , Sorrento, walked distance to the old town, main train station.
  : Very noisy in the street, not clean area around-but is usual in Naples.

  : We arrived and were told the property was overbooked so were taken by a lady to a different hotel about 5 minutes away. Staff were very nice despite language barrier. The place we were taken to wasnt as modern as the photos of this property but was nice enough. Close to station which is good
