  : Didn’t like the fact that both of our iPhone charging cords and plug ins that we left in the room upon checkout, were never found, even after describing them. We had to go and buy 2 more sets for the rest of our trip. One of the cleaning people had to have taken them and never turned them in. Bathroom was pretty cramped. Ran out of coffee numerous times at breakfast.

  : The property was very clean and the staff checking in was very friendly.
  : When I checked in I was told that I would not be charged until checking out. I woke up the next morning to look at my bank account and I was charged. I also checked my credit card that I booked the room with and it was also charged! When checking out I was told their wasn’t a manager there and they didn’t know when he would be in to get my refund and they would place a sticky note on his desk to get it refunded. This wasn’t just for 1 room it was for 2 and that was $500 dollars double charged. I felt like they did not even care they double charged me. I did not get an apology for the mistake nor a time frame as to when I would receive my money back. I had to call Customer service to get the issue fixed.
