  : The facilities were very good and the staff excellent. Didn't use the pool or fitness center but the breakfast was very good and the strong coffee some of the best I have had at any motel or hotel. Thanks.
  : We stayed for 2 nights and the second day we were out until 9pm and arrives with trash not emptied and no new towels. I later found out that since C19 you have to ask for these things and they will not just happen on their own? I wish we would have been told that when we checked in but I suppose people who travel a lot are familiar with these restrictions?

  : We had a reservation and when we arrived they had already gave our room away. She told us she could have a room cleaned in 20 minutes if we wanted to wait and she might could give us a discount. I dont know how clean a room is going to get in 20 minutes.

  : Good variety of breakfast. Rotated each day so there was a little something different without missing out on anything. Had cereals, hot & cold, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, assorted toppings, western omelets, sausage or bacon, breakfast potatoes, waffles, juice, milk. I was there all week and asked housekeeping to refresh my room while I was out on Wednesday and came back to a fresh room. It was great!
  : Staff was scarce, but effective when they were around. Staff was always on their cell phones during down time. I felt like I was bothering them. But they were not rude. I arrived on Monday afternoon. The hot tub was cold, but they worked on fixing the issue right away.

  : Close to our event. Easy to get to. Coffee was good.
  : Room was not cleaned on 2 of 4 opportunities. Had to approach front desk for towels, etc. Male front desk person was not friendly.

  : The front office staff was very pleasant and patient since my card I used for payment wasnt working
  : There was a spot on the bottom of one of the beds that looked like vomit. Also, there was some type of liquid splatter on the wall that was dried up. It was gross. It looked like vomit also.
