  : I am a regular visitor. The Graduate is a wonderful hotel. I love the location, the rooms, the ample work areas, and the lovely little coffee shop downstairs. On most occasions, the staff is pleasant, helpful, friendly, and makes us feel welcome. The ladies who clean the rooms are very special in many ways: they are welcoming, they do a wonderful job and they are always ready to help with the little things that make for a nice stay: a bit of help with the TV, extra Kleenex when needed, etc.
  : On this occasion, we had been given a nice front-facing room, but when we checked in the attendant gave us a lower-floor room facing the back, one of the less desirable rooms. I felt discriminated against. It is like the young good looking students get the nice rooms and the seniors like us get the less desirable rooms. On the last day, we asked for a one-hour delayed check out and the attendant insisted she had to charge us $40. It was Sunday during school holidays and the hotel was mostly vacant.

  : very beautiful - comfortable bed and excellent toiletries.
  : $40 to check in 2 hours early, despite being told our room was ready seems obscene.we had to ask for an extra towel.only coffee in the room, no tea which was disappointing.

  : The theme of the hotel was clever. The staff was nice the room was clean.
  : There was not a parking valet. The parking garage was around the corner. There was meter parking in the front. The area at night felt unsafe.

  : Super close to Yale campus. Very safe. Nice walk to campus that I enjoyed. Eating establishments nearby. Hotel is relatively quiet. Staff very nice. Fun decor. Beds are comfortable. Nice room amenities. We took Uber from BDL so we did not have to worry about parking. I can’t imagine parking is fun, but we were very aware of this concern from word of mouth.
  : Our room was changed to a King without our knowledge, but the hotel staff helped us out the second night. We made it work. Wish there was more of a real breakfast in the am & items to buy at night, but we knew this going in too. That’s not their fault. The info is clearly stated & we bought snacks at a little convenience store down the street.
