  : Lots of space. Location is close to tram stop and local shop for essentials. Area is mostly quiet residential not too far from French quarter. (Less than 10 minutes by car)
  : Stairs. I would avoid if anyone in the group has mobility issues. Definitely no access to bedrooms for wheelchair bound person. Some noise at night due to neighbours aircon.

  : I Was not updated on time about how to enter the property. It would have also helped to have some instructions on how to get to the property. The outside does not do the inside justice.

  : We appreciated the accommodations, but don’t want to sound harsh, the luxury quotation on the property should be removed. In that regard the property is an average two-story apartment in a building, in a less than atractive location. It does the job for a place to crash at the end of the day,good square footage. Will stay somewhere else next time.
  : This unit was the only one available in that Building when I did a last minute reservation and is probably the least attractive of them(103), probably should do a little bit better research on the location and the other units are probably more “luxurious”. For the price they should probably have a least real glass wine glasses. A door trim was completely blown out!!

  : Very nice condo, clean and as pictured online. Spacious living area and beautiful kitchen. Near bars, cafes, Walmart and Walgreens. Fully equipped kitchen, etc. I would come back to stay again.
  : Not as close to the French Qtr as I expected...typically a $13 uber each way. The condo is really nice, but we had rain and the roof in the master bedroom leaked really bad - the neighborhood is a little sketchy, we had homeless people asking us for money. Also, we arrived really early and was told we wouldn't be able to check in early without paying a fee which I felt was very inconsiderate...the day of check in I did get an email from the property allowing us to check in at noon at no charge so that was great. Bathrooms dont have much counter space for your toiletries, but can be stored under the sink.

  : Location was good, but we were so miss lead with the condo it ruined half our trip.
  : When we booked the condo, it described and showed pictures of the entire building. When we booked it showed pictures of city view, balcony etc on the confirmation. When we showed up, the condo was split in 3 and we only had one small section of the condo. We did not have the large master bedroom, did not have the city view, did not have the patio and 2 kitchens. When we called to complain the manager of the building came over and said this happens all the time with booking and it is very misleading. I also noticed that the website is now changed where it shows the different condos. When we booked there was only one chose. We planned this trip for 6 months and were extremely disappointed. I am not working with condo for credit back since we only got half of what was shown. After this i will no longer be using Booking.com. False advertising and description of what we traveled across the US to get.

  : I liked that the property was spacious and clean.
  : I did not like that it was not as pictured. I expected it to be the property shown in the pictures with the balcony etc. I also had a problem with accessing my unit. The code to the door changed and no one informed me. I had to call and get it reset. There was also a leak in the living room area. I called and sent pictures and no one even got back to me. Very unpleasant.
