  : I stayed at hen na hotel from June 16-18 2024, when I booked the hotel they don't mention anything about taking $ 100 for security deposit, but they took it $124and promised will returned with in 1 week, I call the hotel because it has not been returned after 2 weeks and they said we left burnt marks from the kettle, that's why they didn't return our deposit, seems like they set us up for failure because the kettle doesn't have a base of course it will leave a mark even though I don't think I left any mark.Point 2, I noticed the inside of kettle was dirty so I need to wash it before I used it Point 3, We asked them to called a cab for us to take us to the airport, the cab came 1 hour late that we almost missed our flight and they was so unapologetic about itPoint 4, the people at a front desk are not very nice seems that they always in the bad mood

  : The hotel is well located for the value for money and is close to a metro station, which is quite convenient. Our room was located next to another building it was preferable to avoid street noise so we didn't have any noise during the night. As for the cleanliness of the room, nothing to say the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay.
  : Regarding the equipement of the room, unfortunately the fridge didn’t work. One negative point to watch out for: room payment for those with a European VISA card (ok for US cards) does not work when paying for the room. Our VISA card was unblocked for the usa and purchases were made before the hotel payment. The receptionist tried our card several times but a payment error occurred in her system, cash and Apple Pay payments are not allowed.We had to call one of our contacts to make the payment…The receptionist didn't help to find another way of payment and left us to fend for ourselves without finding a solution such as being able to make a transfer to the hotel's bank account. After waiting a few minutes, another person from Europe had the same problem, and again no help from the receptionist... The procedure for paying with a European card needs to be improved.

  : The pillows and bed were the comfiest ever, had the best sleep, blackout blind and quiet as our room was at the back. The location was perfect, subway just a short walk away, cafes, and restaurants on your doorstep. Lovely bathroom and was very clean. Will stay there again.
  : Only some minor details. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee available in the room. There was a kettle! The air conditioning unit was loud, but we switched it off at night.

  : It could be much better if the person working at the reception would smile at people instead of being rude. Basically, he is the reason of such a review. Do not hire people that can destroy the image of your hotel within few minutes.

  : The front desk staff specifically Jennifer on the day of our check in was very helpful and informative. Our checkout front desk agent was helpful as well with placing our luggage in the holding area. Location was prime, close by to a lot and a quick train ride to most touristy excursions.
  : Upon arriving to the room we saw a stain on the pillowcase, so we called to have it replaced. When the guy arrived at our room he ask where the stain was and insisted that it was clean even with the big red stain clearly pointed out on the pillowcase. We just wanted to change it for a new case so the resistance in doing so was odd. We had some food that we wanted to heat up and requested a microwave which wasn’t available. There was no other options given for how to heat up or what time we could have the possibility of heating up our food. The food ended up being wasted which was unfortunate.
