  : The location is incredible, close to everything. I was a little bit apprehensive due to old reviews that were bad, but the place was clean. The beds were comfortable. There is a lot of character and history in the room and building.
  : You could definitely hear your neighbors in the hall, and I think the folks upstairs were having a dance off. There were no small tables by the beds to put your phones, etc, at night. There were no toiletries in the room, bring your own.

  : TOOOOOO HOOOOOOT!!!! AC does not seem to work well, it might need to be changed. We asked for assistance but nothing was done so we have to ask for a portable fan(which took a while before they gave one, my father did not leave the front desk so they did not have a choice but to provide us one). Also the place was so dusty and it seemed like it hasnt been cleaned. It was not a comfortable place to stay especially when you are tired after a long day of walk. We stayed in cheaper place before in NY(sad that it was not available when we booked) but those places are far better and more comfortable than this. We will never stay in this place again. Poor customer service.

  : The place smelt at all times. No cleaning in 5 days, no change of towells. One hand towell for 4 People x 5 days.I assume you get what you pay in NYC (300 per night) but now that i know, i would have preferred to pay more for a better place.

  : There were ticks in the bed, giving my wife Lime Disease. The room was NOT similar to the photographs online. The $99 cleaning fee charged at the end was inappropriate because it was not properly cleaned following the previous occupant and the rules state rubbish should be taken out - why do we have to do part of the cleaning job if we're paying for it. And $99 to clean a room and a bathroom is extortionate.

  : Fabulous location - lovely to go to the theatre and be back to the apartment in a few minutes. There was sufficient cooking equipment etc for our needs. Beds were comfortable.
  : Air conditioning is noisy - sounds like a permanent rain shower.

  : Good location. We were able to get a room with three beds so that each of our two children had their own bed.
  : Old and not well maintained. On one of the days, there was no hot water in the shower.
