  : High extra cost for pet in addition to a very expensive incidental fee that is charged to credit card and not refunded for over a week.

  : It was mostly clean. Comfy beds. Nice set up for the sweet. Like that snacks are available if desired
  : Mold in the bathroom, window didn’t shut so it was humid in our room, pool was closed but we did not know until we booked and received an email stating the information. The main reason we booked was because they have a pool and it was non refundable. The staff was EXTREMELY rude. The moment I walked in the door I was treated as an inconvenience.

  : The check-in staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful!
  : I booked because the Booking.com ad said "breakfast included." It was NOT. #1. It ended at 0930(most other hotels we stay at breakfast ends at 1030) we found this out via a call we made at 0915. We rushed downstairs to find that breakfast was an additional charge with not many offerings. Breakfast sandwich was an astonishing $11.00!What had really soured me though was finding cobwebs on the ceiling above the armoire!Also, reviews said that it was very clean.....the hallway carpets (I understand "wear and tear') looked like they hadn't been cleaned in about 10 years. They were a grey-patterned carpet; however the "walked-upon surface" was black.I don't mean to sound so negative, but after living overseas for 4 years, and staying in hotels for comparable prices....but given 5* treatment and accommodations, I wonder why the US can't do the same. At LEAST provide clean rooms, hallways, and healthy breakfasts for that amount of money!

  : We arrived a bit early and were still able to check in about 1 hr earlier than 3pm. Very helpful! The lobby and common areas were clean/tidy. More than enough parking.
  : Pool “temporarily” unavailable. It’s summer & the indoor pool was one specific reason this hotel was chosen for our stay. Not one single staff member said so much as “Hi” to myself or my son. (Not rude but not friendly either.) Clean better in the rooms. I didn’t like the very shaky plug by the light fixture so I moved the bedside table in order to reach the wall outlet and plug in my phone charger. There was a bag of chewing tobacco that apparently had fallen behind it. Gross but also let me know the cleaning is surface only.

  : I like the room and the courtyard view. The bed was comfortable
  : I didn't like the that none of the Amenities were open. The pool was closed for 5 days and the restaurant was closed also. There was no fresh coffee and the hotel made random charges to my credit card.
