  : really good sized spacious room and really modern facilities. Staff on reception extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived 30minutes earlier than check in time but it wasnt a problem and they let us check in and go to our room.
  : being next to a busy road the skylight in the room didnt drown out the street / traffic noise, as such I had quite a broken nights sleep due to it being very loud.

  : Filthy. Alcohol covered floor and TV. Hair in plug hole so thick the bath wouldnt hold water to wash baby. Only one fork, couldnt eat tea. Cobwebs. Filthy chairs. Filthy carpets. Not appropriate for a family.

  : The apartment was nice and spacious. Good location.
  : You have to check in at the holiday inn next door, so we parked in the holiday inn car park which had signs everywhere saying pay for parking or youll be fined. The booking said complimentary parking but after seeing those signs it was quite confusing so we paid to be on the safe side. After speaking with the hotel receptionist they clarified about the parking took our reg plate and said wed be refunded on checkout. Next morning when checking out spoke to a different receptionist who refused to refund us but said they would get the manager to call us, been 4 weeks and had no contact at all

  : Although towels are provided on a daily basis the other room consumables are not replaced on a regular basis. Eg body wash, soap, tea bags etc. You have to ask for these items.
