  : This wasnt the hotel i booked, i booked Oyo Waves hotel. with an ocean view and bigger room. i was very upset.

  : Advertised on Booking.com as having air conditioning. Confirmation email said air conditioning. Guess what? Not only no air conditioning in any room, but also very stuffy and hot. Also, just overall disgusting building. Very sketchy. Did not stay and tried to cancel, only to have the front desk person tell me they couldn't do anything and this happens often. They charged me for the full stay.

  : We were shown pictures of the waves hotel and it's rooms and what we actually got was a room at their "other property" no where near the beach. It was dirty dingy and cramped. There were fruit flies in our room, our sheets had make up foundation on them. I will never use Bookings.com or either of hotel The Waves or their other property. Oyo hotel Again. Also non smoking property and it wreaked if stale cigarettes.

  : Clean was good but odor in room smell a lot clorex made me dizzy and have to open door and window

  : The man at the front desk was an amazing host and delightful person! Only good thing about that place.
  : No safety latch on the door, dents and holes in walls, toilet paper holder falling off wall, mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Basically the worst motel I've ever stayed at!

  : The location, price & front desk employee.
  : The sheets didnt appear to have been changed and overall the room wasnt thoroughly cleaned. We found a bottle cap under the chair ottoman indicating minimal clean up from the past guest. The door only had a handle lock & there is quite a bit of night time foot traffic so I didnt feel very safe without any extra security to our door.
