  : I cant even begin to describe how disappointed I was with this place I didnt even stay there! The pictures that I booked were not what I was allocated The room was so basic and for the amount I spent I was not impressed there were drunk teens
  : Running about the place it was more like a hostel than A hotel the pictures were not anything like what I was given which is false advertising I will be looking at legal advice to retrieve a refund

  : Basic accommodation. Creased bedding, one teabag, not enough milk. No shower screen or curtain. No parking (we we're warned of this after booking). Could have stayed up the road at a 'hotel' with breakfast and parking for not much more.

  : We had no easy access to a sink nor were we informed that our room (that was outside), didnt have a sink and neither did our shared bathroom facilities! So when we used the shared toilet at night, we had no way of washing our hands that we knew of (despite being in a pandemic). When staff were around in the morning we asked and they had no idea and were really unhelpful (3 different businesses in one 1). In the morning when we went to ask about the room again, the owner was no where to be seen and we spoke to someone in charge of bar (not that we knew) they didnt know where we were and was as helpful as a chocolate teapot. He said that people were checking out that day and we could have probably been moved room, so he took our number and asked the owner to call us. We had no call and when we asked about it, they responded with were fully booked, so totally ignored our complaint. Basic facilities such as supplying mugs and spoons with our kettle were not facilitated so we had to find staff in the morning to ask. Obviously we didnt have easy access to water as we had found out we had to go up 2/3 flights of stairs to the second floor shared toilet and sink. The stairs going outside to our room were decking type stairs and covered in cigarette butts and ash and we could hear everyone coming up and down them and everything in the room above us (including snoring and alarms). Our room was outside with patio doors which was directly outside the car park so we had literally no privacy and we could hear guests going to their cars and leaving early in the morning. We were next to the back of the bar where staff would smoke which also made us feel very uneasy. A hostel wouldve been better facilitated, let alone this jazzed up lodge.
