  : The inside of the chalet was excellent. Very spacious and comfortable with good furnishings, plenty of storage, good outdoor area with hot tub and patio (if it wasnt overlooked). Swimming pool facilities were good and restaurant area was pleasant but menu was rather limited.
  : Most of the resort consisted of rather gloomy-looking black buildings that looked rather dowdy and many were in need of repainting. The whole resort could do with more attractive landscaping . Although the grass was cut, there were a lot of areas that looked unkempt with hardly any colour or plants. There was also a serious lack of privacy as most lodges overlooked each other, especially in the hot tubs! If the lodges were painted in lighter colours and discrete screening introduced, this would make a big difference. It was also hard to find the way around the resort in a car or on foot as the different lodge areas were not signed well and the numbers on each one were tiny! Again, this could easily be corrected.

  : Barns were finished to a really high standard, and the hot tub was a wonderful extra. There was lots of room and it was just beautiful. The staff were really attentive when we needed help figuring out how to turn the heating on and it was great to stay in a dog friendly place that is modern and a nice space to be in.
  : Not that this is something that can be changed now, but having one car parking space for a 6 berth barn seems like poor planning. Also, we were staying for a week and there were only enough essentials (toilet roll, washing up liquid, handwash) to last maybe a day or two. It was fine for us as we just topped this up from a trip to the shops but the extra consideration would make this even better.

  : Lovely relaxing break. Weather was poor but we made the best of the central location. By
  : Door on bathroom didn't fit. It was possible to stand in the kitchen and see someone in the bathroom or on the toilet. A definite no no. We spoke to our neighbors who had the same problems. Disappointing

  : The lodges were beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The facilities were great and there is something for everyone.
  : Check in was at 4pm and we couldnt get in one of the lodges until 5 as it wasnt ready. I asked for an hour to be added to check out time and got told this wasnt possible as others were checking in. Check in is late and check out is early as it is so it limited us further.

  : Horrendous customer service . Impossible to contact the property prior to arrival and during ! The food served in the restaurant is dire Could hear every footstep of the neighbours in the apartment above ! Stingy with loo roll etc

  : Apartment 300 was in a nice position overlooking the lake on the ground floor. We were able to feed the ducks and other wild birds from our decking overlooking the lake. It was incredibly warm, we think there was underfloor heating and it was very effective. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows and bedding. The towels were a good size and fluffy. There was a good amount of storage in the bedroom and there were plenty of sockets by the bed (on both sides) for our phones etc. The WiFi was good enough. There was a good amount of parking very close by.
  : The lakeside apartments are classed as either luxury or superior, personally I would say they were neither! There were bulbs that didnt work, a cooker hood with only a light, no extraction. The wardrobe doors didnt fit properly, the bathroom cupboard had a light that wasnt attached so obviously didnt work and the mirror was scruffy around the edges. In the kitchen there were no scissors, chopping board and the cutlery drawer was a joke! No cafetire (there was one in the photos on website). There were no pictures on the wall, no rug, no coffee table (all shown in the photos on their website). The handheld shower attachment didnt work, just dribbled but the shower was ok. We were there in November and most things were closed, couldnt even have a nice breakfast in the restaurant as it didnt open for food until 12. The TV was ok but the chromecast kept getting used by other apartments.
